Meet the Team
Mevin has over 20 years international experience in engineering, project and operational management, business development, M&A, and corporate venture capital. He has extensive technical experience and a global network in the offshore energy industry.
He has led and managed major corporate M&A and joint venture transactions , co-created Subsea 7’s venture capital unit, negotiated and managed minority investments and strategic commercial partnerships across Europe, the US and Brazil in artificial intelligence, energy generation & storage, advanced materials, and oil and gas technologies.
He has also successfully led major energy projects, developed new business streams, and is passionate about technological innovation and the unique challenges of creating sustainable growth.
Jerome has over 20 years experience in finance, project management, M&A, and corporate venture capital, and has built a strong network in the French renewable energy sector.
He has a strong track record in operational delivery of large and complex capital projects in Middle East and West Africa at Alcatel-Lucent and Subsea 7. He has led major acquisition projects paving the way to Subsea 7’s energy transition strategy, co-founded Subsea 7’s VC unit where he specialized in investing in marine renewable energy technology companies and took an active part in supporting their growth strategy.
He also contributed to the development of collaborations between start-ups and industrial groups by participating in the launch of Evolen’up, an accelerator of start-ups in the energy sector.
